Chrisianie is the Founder and Director of Fav Studio, leading the studio’s creative vision, strategy, and execution. A beauty and ballet content creator, she blends aesthetics with structure to help creators turn content into scalable businesses. Outside of work, she loves caring for pets and traveling — drawing inspiration from creativity, movement, and new environments.
Schanley Pascual
Social Media Manager
Schanley is a Social Media Manager based in the Philippines who supports Fav Studio with content execution, scheduling, and day-to-day platform management. She values balance between productivity and purpose, actively volunteers at church, enjoys reading, plays badminton, and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to everything she supports.
